The service
CareerPilot helps you discover better-fit jobs, review match scores, and prepare applications and cover letters. You choose which roles to pursue. CareerPilot does not guarantee interviews, offers, or outcomes. We do not claim to secretly bot or circumvent employer ATS systems — applications you start require your approval.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or misuse of the product.
Billing, intro pricing & cancellation
Paid access is billed through Stripe. Introductory offers may apply at checkout; after the intro period, the subscription renews at $59.99 per month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal (Account → Manage billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund amounts already charged for the current period unless required by law or we say otherwise in writing.
Your content
You keep ownership of resumes and other materials you provide. You grant CareerPilot a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service for you (matching, drafts, application helpers).

The product is provided “as is” for an MVP stage. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CareerPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost opportunities, or employer decisions. Job listings come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or change without notice.
